It brings me great pleasure to introduce all of you to TVAS 2.0! We’re so excited to welcome all of you to our NEW HOME! We’ve shared almost three years of amazing experiences together at our Henderson studio location, and we plan to continue to the fun, creative journey together at our new, centrally located studio!

ALL workshops will begin at our new location on December 1, 2017!

Joy’s Talent Spotlight: Chris Voors

Hello fellow voicers! Welcome to our premier edition of “Joy’s Talent Spotlight.” I was so excited to invite our fellow student, Chris Voors, to be our very first interview. Chris started his voice over adventure approximately two years ago when he walked through the doors of TVAS. From childhood, he enjoyed pretending and mimicking cartoon characters, and loves anything anime. The TVAS On-Going Workshops are where Chris feels he gained the confidence and skills to prove to himself he had potential to start building his career. New Beginnings!

The Voice Actors Studio, or as I affectionately call it, The Voice Over Mothership of Las Vegas, is celebrating a new beginning. A bigger, brand new studio, new coaches and new classes. Acting and Improv classes, oh my! I don’t know about you, but I’m inspired. I now have opportunities to hone my craft in ways I wasn’t even thinking about a year ago. Ok, I was afraid to think about. I’ve taken acting classes in the past, but I found on-camera work just wasn’t my thing. I found that telling a story in a small, intimate space, behind the mic, was my passion…intimately telling a story. [Read more…]
