Hello fellow voicers and welcome to this segment featuring an extremely dynamic woman, Charlene Sher. Charlene started her voice over, radio, film and theater career in Cape Town, South Africa. She has appeared in several movies and starred in many famous roles on both radio and stage. Charlene was cast as the lead role of Martha in “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf”, Blanche in “A Street Car Named Desire” and Florence Unger in the female version of “The Odd Couple”, just to name a few, as her repertoire is quite extensive. Joy’s Talent Spotlight: Samantha Moore
Hello fellow voicers! It is my pleasure to feature Samantha Moore in this segment of Joy’s Talent Spotlight. Samantha, or “Sammi” as we adoringly call her, was one of the first students and technicians I met at TVAS. She was so very kind and instantly made me feel welcome. Joy’s Talent Spotlight: Brent Mukai
Hello fellow voicers! Say hi to one of the most hilarious guys you will ever meet, Brent Mukai. Brent began his path in voice over when a comedian friend introduced him to Dustin Ebaugh (coach) and TVAS. He has attended TVAS classes and workshops since April of 2016. Brent has a BA in Theater and Film from UNLV. He has appeared in several movies and films along with Improv and Stand-Up performances here in Vegas. Most recently, Brent was the understudy for the lead role of Christian Grey in the musical Fifty Shades of Grey, in which he performed over 25 times. Joy’s Talent Spotlight: Chris Voors
Hello fellow voicers! Welcome to our premier edition of “Joy’s Talent Spotlight.” I was so excited to invite our fellow student, Chris Voors, to be our very first interview. Chris started his voice over adventure approximately two years ago when he walked through the doors of TVAS. From childhood, he enjoyed pretending and mimicking cartoon characters, and loves anything anime. The TVAS On-Going Workshops are where Chris feels he gained the confidence and skills to prove to himself he had potential to start building his career.
